Abrasive Wheels & Manual Handling - Combined

This is a classroom-based course which ensures that delegates are competent and safe when using a range of abrasive wheels. The tutor will tailor the course for those who are present, focusing on the abrasive wheels, grinding, and cutting tools needed by delegates.

Course Content:
This course is delivered in the classroom through demonstrations by the tutor. It also includes a practical element where delegates will familiarise themselves with changing the disks on the saw.

Overview of the Manual Handling Course: 
Any personnel who is involved in manual handling and lifting at work, or have to train and assess those who are involved in manual handling in the workplace. If you are responsible in any way for the health and safety of people at work then you should attend this course.

Award: 
A Skyward Training Certificate will be issued to successful delegates who complete the theory and practical sessions which have a three year validity period 


CANCELLATION POLICY
Where a firm booking is subsequently cancelled, The Company reserves the right to apply the following charges: if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the fee; 3 days or less before the course start date, the full fee. If any cancellations are made when you purchased through our website we have to pass on the cancellation fee of £15.00 per course. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. The date that the Company receives the cancellation will be regarded as the date the cancellation has been made and appropriate charges will apply. However, substitutions may be made at any time prior to the course start date.

Skyward Training Ltd, reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time due to unforseen circumstances. Should a course be cancelled, alternative dates will be offered or a full refund given.
