What is Required to Pass the CITB Temporary Works Coordinator Course?
To successfully complete the course you will need to get 72% or above in the final exam. The trainer encourages the delegates to be interactive and involved throughout the training.

Entry Requirements
Delegates must have an understanding of spoken and written English. We also suggest that the attendee has a decent background knowledge of temporary works. Photographic ID and the delegate’s national insurance number must be provided on the first day of the course.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Where a firm booking is subsequently cancelled, The Company reserves the right to apply the following charges: if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the fee; 3 days or less before the course start date, the full fee. If any cancellations are made when you purchased through our website we have to pass on the cancellation fee of £15.00 per course. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. The date that the Company receives the cancellation will be regarded as the date the cancellation has been made and appropriate charges will apply. However, substitutions may be made at any time prior to the course start date.

Skyward Training Ltd, reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time due to unforseen circumstances. Should a course be cancelled, alternative dates will be offered or a full refund given.
